Choose your participant source
Load an individual public TikTok video to collect available top-level comments, or import your own CSV/XLSX participant list. Imported files are processed locally in your browser.

Review and filter the pool
For TikTok comments, check the returned post and collection status, set the sample size, keyword, and minimum likes, then refresh the eligibility preview after changing those settings. For an imported list, review duplicate or unusable rows, search the sampled participants, and exclude entries as needed.

Check eligibility and winner count
Review the eligible count and deduplication rule, then choose how many winners to draw. The picker does not verify follows, age, location, or other contest requirements; the organizer must check those separately. A collected sample may omit unavailable comments.

Draw winners and save the record
Run the draw, review the selected winners, and download the winners CSV or result image while the record is available. For an imported-list draw, save it before the on-screen local-data expiry. The record documents the selection; it is not independent certification.

What can I use as a TikTok giveaway participant list?

How are duplicate TikTok commenters handled?
The picker keeps one entry per TikTok account ID when returned, otherwise one entry per username. Imported files are deduplicated by participant ID, or by name when an ID is absent.
