What can I use as a TikTok giveaway participant list?

Load one public TikTok video to use collected top-level comments, or import a CSV/XLSX file with participant IDs and names. The draw record includes collection status and a pool fingerprint.

How are duplicate TikTok commenters handled?

The picker keeps one entry per TikTok account ID when returned, otherwise one entry per username. Imported files are deduplicated by participant ID, or by name when an ID is absent.

How does ShortIntel choose winners?

The picker randomly selects the requested winners from the eligible sample. TikTok comment draws use the server-side selection flow; imported lists use secure browser randomness locally.

What does the winner export include?

The CSV records draw ID, time, source, sample size, eligible count, uniqueness rule, winner rank, and available participant or comment identifiers. It is a reference record, not formal third-party certification.
