Scope
ShortIntel provides tools for public TikTok links. The public-link workflow does not ask you to connect a TikTok account or provide TikTok login credentials.
Information processed
We process the link you submit and the public post data needed to return the requested result, such as public title, creator name, cover image, engagement counts, and available media references. If we later offer comments, transcripts, or analysis, those requested public-data outputs may also be processed.
Service providers and retention
We use infrastructure and data providers to operate the service. They may process submitted public links on our behalf. We keep operational logs and cached public-link results only for as long as reasonably needed for reliability, security, abuse prevention, and the requested workflow. We do not sell submitted links or public-result data as personal profiles.
Analytics and future advertising
We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate site measurements and Google Analytics 4 to understand site use and tool-success metrics. We do not send submitted TikTok links, creator names, or downloaded media to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may process cookies or online identifiers under Google's own policies. If advertising is added, this policy will be updated before those technologies are enabled, including applicable cookie or consent disclosures.
Your choices
Do not submit links that contain personal information. To ask a privacy question or request review of information connected to a public-link request, email support@shortintel.app.
