Privacy Policy

We process the submitted link and public post fields needed for the workflow, such as title, creator, cover, engagement counts, media references, and available public comment fields.

A parsed public-link result is cached for about 23 hours, a temporary page workflow record for about 30 minutes, and fetched public comments for about one hour. Limited operational logs may be retained for reliability, security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.

An HTTP-only anonymous account cookie applies the daily free request limit and referral reward and can remain for up to one year unless cleared.

CSV and XLSX giveaway lists are parsed locally and are not uploaded. File references are released after parsing, and imported rows, filename, eligibility state, winners, and draw record are removed five minutes after a local draw.

Comment XLSX files are generated in server memory as no-store responses. Slideshow ZIP and giveaway CSV files are generated temporarily in the browser. ShortIntel does not save these files to a database, object storage, or project history.

Google Analytics 4 is used for aggregate site and tool-success measurements. Submitted TikTok links, creator names, and downloaded media are not sent to Google Analytics.
