Rights and permitted use
A file being available through ShortIntel does not grant permission to copy, reuse, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit it. Only use content that you own, are licensed or authorized to use, or may otherwise use under applicable law.
Prohibited use
ShortIntel does not bypass login-only content, private content, or account-level permissions. It must not be used for unauthorized access, abusive scraping, or attempts to interfere with the service.

Download and analysis availability depends on connected third-party Providers and may change without notice.

ShortIntel is independent and is not affiliated with TikTok, Douyin, ByteDance, or their respective products.
