A file being available through ShortIntel does not grant permission to copy, reuse, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit it. Use only content you own or are permitted to use.

ShortIntel does not bypass login-only or private content. It must not be used for unauthorized access, abusive scraping, or interference with the service.

Download, audio, comment export, and giveaway availability depends on public-source and service conditions. Comment exports record whether collection reached the source end or a safety limit; giveaway records are references, not formal third-party certification.

The current free tools do not provide saved projects or permanent task history. Keep copies of downloads and winner exports needed for your own records.
