The file is designed for spreadsheet review, content research, moderation preparation, or selecting giveaway participants. It is not an all-comments archive.

Each export is limited to 2,000 top-level comments, 2,000 reply bodies, 120 page requests, and 45 seconds of collection; Export Info records the limit reached.
The XLSX is generated in server memory as a no-store response and is not saved to a database, object storage, or project history.
A recent source result for the same video is cached for one hour to reduce repeated paid source requests.

Know exactly what the XLSX file contains

When present, the file includes comment ID, TikTok account ID, username, display name, comment text, likes, reply count, and creation time.

A missing ID, nickname, or reply total is not inferred. It means that field was unavailable in the source response.

Public comments only, with clear limits

ShortIntel cannot access private, deleted, login-only, region-restricted, or source-blocked posts. Public availability can also change after you copy a link.

Exporting a public comment does not grant rights to republish it or identify a person beyond the public information supplied by the source.

What fields are included in the comment spreadsheet?

The XLSX includes comment ID, TikTok user ID when returned, username, nickname, text, likes, reply count, and timestamp. Empty cells mean the source did not return that value.

How many TikTok comments can I export?

Each run is limited to 2,000 top-level comments, 2,000 reply bodies, 120 source page requests, and 45 seconds. Export Info records filtering or the limit that stopped collection.

Are replies included in the XLSX file?

Yes, available reply bodies are saved in Replies. Export Info compares reported reply counts with retrieved reply bodies.

Can I use the XLSX file for a giveaway?

Yes. Import it in Giveaway Picker or load the same public TikTok video directly.

Does the exporter work with private posts?

No. It cannot bypass private accounts, deleted posts, login requirements, or regional restrictions.
